Nationwide Terms and Conditions
- Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Your behavior must be polite and friendly; otherwise, we kindly request you not to proceed with the booking.
- We prefer to work only with good-hearted and respectful families who value our effort and creativity.
- If the Bride and Groom do not provide our team with sufficient time, we may not be able to ensure the expected quality of coverage.
- We will not be responsible for any delay in starting the event caused by the makeup artist.
- If the event requires additional time beyond the scheduled coverage, an extra charge of 2,000 BDT per hour will be added to the total payment.
- Our team works in two fixed shifts per day — Day Shift until 5:00 PM and Evening Shift starting from 6:00 PM
- All edited photos will be delivered via a secure drive link within 30 days of the event.
- We deliver all photos fully edited — no raw files are provided.
- Must provide all selected songs and necessary materials for video editing within 3 days after the event. Failure to do so may delay the delivery schedule.
- We have built a strong reputation over the years, and we are fully committed to maintaining it. Our team always gives their best effort to deliver quality work that upholds the CrownShoot standard.
